Warranty & Returns

Return Conditions

For returns requested due to change of mind or selecting the wrong make/year/model or subcategory attributes, the return postage will be covered by the buyer, even if it is a free postage item. The postage of the new replacement will also be covered by the buyer.

The returned item must be in brand new unused condition as received and sealed.  Returns that are deemed to be in non-sellable condition will not be refunded.

Returns must be notified to customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.


Only defects that are deemed to be not due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use that violates the instructions listed are valid for returns.

Abnormal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.  Ordinary, everyday wear on a particular product is considered normal, and is not covered under warranty.

150 Nights Trial

If you wish to return your item within 150 days from purchase, we will honour the return request upon written correspondence with why the decision for the return or why the product wasn’t suitable.

Product needs to be returned in tact in its original condition along with all covers and packaging it was delivered with.

As we love to learn more about our customers and bring out the best product lines to improve sleep. We’re offering this to our customers.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to complete the return and refund will only be processed if all of the above conditions have been met.

All packing/shipping expenses are to be covered by customer and to be delivered to our designated and nominated warehouse.

If your item is faulty

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

Refund Payment

Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.

PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Credit Card: Your refund will be credited into a bank account designated by you.  Please note funds make take a few business days to clear after refund confirmation.


Refund Processing Times

Returns generally take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

If you received an item you didn’t order

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If I order something today, when will I receive it?

Sleep Honey will dispatch your order within 48 business hours of receiving your confirmed order.  You can view our shipping policy here.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via Paypal .

Is your site secure?

Sleep Honey uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.  SSL creates an encrypted link between our website and your browser which ensures that all data passed between remains private.

All payments including credit cards are made in real time with an immediate response through Stripe.

Can I cancel or change my order after the order is placed?

Due to our fulfilment process, to make any changes to the shipping address you must notify our customer service team in writing via email before 09:00 AM the next day, or 09:00 AM the same day if you have ordered after 12:00 AM midnight.

Delivery Times

We use Australia post for all of our deliveries. The delivery times can vary from 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

Please allow 24 business hours to process and ship your order.  If you require it earlier, we can send by express for an extra charge. Just contact us regarding this request via email at care@sleephoney.com.au

Free Shipping for all orders for delivery in Australia.

Additional charges apply for express shipping; calculated based on weight and distance.
